Signing in to your account

Zayenha Personality uses your unified Zayenha Hub account — no separate password for this app.

  1. Tap "Log in with Zayenha Hub" at the top of any page
  2. Enter your Zayenha Hub credentials — or create a new account if you don't have one
  3. You will return to Zayenha Personality automatically, signed in

Understanding where your results come from

Every part of your result carries a tag explaining where it came from — what we call trust layers.

  1. Look for the colored tag next to every explanatory sentence in your report
  2. Read its meaning: measured (from your answers), self-reported, observed, inferred, or AI-generated
No result is ever presented without a declared source tag — this is a permanent commitment from the app.

Managing your account and subscription

Your points, wallet, invoices, and subscription are all available directly from your Zayenha Hub account.

  1. Go to "My Account" from the top menu
  2. Tap "Zayenha Dashboard" to manage your wallet, invoices, and subscriptions

Buying an analysis or subscribing to Personality+

Every analysis is purchased individually at its own price from the pricing page — the subscription is an optional layer on top.

  1. Open the "Pricing" page from the top menu
  2. Choose the analysis or plan, and complete payment through Zayenha Hub
  3. Want more than one tool? Add each to your cart and pay for all of them at once

Can I use the interactive demo on the homepage as an official result?

No. The homepage demo is a simplified illustration only — your real measurement goes through 60+ questions and a full analysis.

Can I change the app language at any time?

Yes, from the AR/EN button at the top of every page — the switch is instant and saved for your next visits.

Do I have to install the app to use it?

No. The app works fully in any browser on any device — phone or computer. Installing is optional, and gives you a home-screen icon and a faster launch.

When do I actually need to install to receive notifications? (iOS only)

On Android and desktop: no — enable them directly from the browser. On iPhone and iPad: yes, Apple requires installing the app first.

How do I cancel my subscription or change my payment method?

From your unified Zayenha Hub dashboard (zayenha.com/dashboard → Billing & Subscriptions tab) — not from inside this app; your single account manages all your Zayenha subscriptions in one place.
