The nature of results and their limits

Every result the platform shows you discloses its source explicitly — measured, self-reported, observed, behavioral, inferred, or AI-generated — and we never present any result as an absolute or final verdict. These results are developmental guidance that helps you understand your behavioral and cognitive patterns; they are not a psychological diagnosis and not a substitute for a licensed mental-health or medical professional. Any interpretation or recommendation an AI model generates in your report remains grounded in your measured data and is clearly labeled — it is never treated as specialist human opinion. A result from this platform must never be relied on as the sole basis for a hiring decision, a promotion, excluding a person, or any other legal or contractual commitment — you are responsible for any use of your results beyond personal development.

Eligibility, account, and sign-in

Using this app requires a valid Zayenha Hub account; eligibility management and identity verification happen exclusively there, under its own policies. There is no independent sign-in for this app; access is exclusively through your unified Zayenha Hub account. You are responsible for protecting your Zayenha Hub sign-in credentials and for all activity carried out through them. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your Zayenha Hub password immediately and contact us. We may suspend or terminate your access to this app if you violate these terms or use the platform for a purpose it wasn't built for. Using the app also requires an internet connection and a modern browser that supports core web standards; we don't guarantee compatibility with very old browsers or devices.

Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions and individual purchases are managed and invoiced exclusively through Zayenha Hub — see our Refund policy. When you buy an analysis tool individually, you get permanent access to its result unless the product page states otherwise explicitly. The recurring subscription (Personality+) grants you expanded benefits for the duration of your subscription, renews automatically according to your chosen billing cycle as long as your payment method remains valid, and you can cancel it at any time from your account dashboard in Zayenha Hub. All displayed prices include VAT, and the official invoice is issued by Zayenha Hub.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Every question, instrument, report, and design in this app belongs to Zayenha Personality and is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy assessment questions, republish them, sell them, or use them to build a competing product. Some of our tools are built on internationally recognized scientific frameworks and named after them (such as "Personal Behavior - Per (DISC)" or "Advanced Personality - Per (MBTI)"); naming the framework describes its source of inspiration, not a certified copy of it — we claim no ownership of that framework and no official endorsement from the owner of its trademark.

Ratings from others and consent

If you request a rating from someone who knows you, you confirm you obtained their consent to share their opinion with you through the platform, and both you and that person may request the rating's deletion at any time. We never use another person's rating about you for any purpose beyond enriching your own profile, and we never show it to a third party without your consent.

Sharing your results

You may choose to share a summary of your result with someone else via a link or direct sharing, where the tool's page offers that. You alone decide what to share and when, and we never share your full result on your behalf with anyone.

Acceptable use

You may not use this app for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts, scrape assessment data programmatically in any form, or impersonate another person when requesting a rating or taking an assessment. Violating any of this may suspend or immediately terminate your account without prior notice in serious cases.

Service availability

We aim to keep the platform available around the clock, but we may perform scheduled maintenance or face unexpected technical interruptions from time to time. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we'll notify you in advance of any lengthy scheduled maintenance whenever possible.

Changes to tools and pricing

We may add new tools, update existing ones, or adjust their prices in the future; any price change never affects something you already purchased at the price you paid for it. Notice of a new tool being added or an existing one being discontinued appears directly on its page.

Your feedback and suggestions

Any suggestion or feedback you send to improve the platform may be used by us to develop our services with no financial obligation toward you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to ensure measurement accuracy and report reliability, but we don't guarantee the platform is free of technical errors or temporary interruption. We aren't liable for any decision you make based on a result from this platform beyond its stated developmental purpose, nor for indirect damages arising from your use of the app. This does not waive any right Saudi consumer-protection law grants you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or applicable regulations change; the last-updated date always appears at the top of the page, and continuing to use the app after an update is published constitutes your acceptance of it.

Severability and the reference language

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. Our not exercising a right stated here doesn't mean we waive it. Where the Arabic and English versions of these terms conflict, the Arabic version governs.

Conflicts with Zayenha Hub terms

Where these terms conflict with the unified Zayenha Hub terms of use specifically regarding your account, payment, or identity, the Zayenha Hub terms govern that specific point; everything else is governed by these app-specific terms.
