3-Day Initiative
A 3-day experience, one daily task to start before you feel fully ready, with a completion report.
3 days. One task a day. Start before you wait for full readiness. A practical 3-day behavioral experience: one daily task capped at 15 minutes, two reflection questions after each task, and a completion report at the end, with one grace restart if you miss two days in a row. A behavior-training tool, not an assessment of your condition.
What's included
- Break the hesitation to take the first step in situations you have been actually, not just theoretically, postponing
- Notice a real personal pattern across three consecutive attempts: does starting get easier for you with repetition, or does it stay just as hard?
- Name one concrete situation you will apply this approach to on your own next week, after the three days end

Frequently asked questions
How is this experience different from the rest of Zayenha, especially Personality Gym?
This is a very short behavioral experience (3 days, capped at 15 actual minutes daily) with no scored questionnaire and no AI simulation. Personality Gym is a deeper-commitment tool: deeper, longer training with live simulation. If the three days end and you feel you need deeper training on the same behavior, you will find a specific suggestion for that in your completion report.
Is this experience therapy or a psychological diagnosis?
No, it is neither therapy nor a diagnosis. This is a short, guided behavioral experience for practicing concrete steps in your daily life, inspired by skill-learning and habit-formation literature (Deliberate Practice, the Fogg Behavior Model). It does not assess your mental state or pass judgments about it, and it is not a substitute for a qualified specialist. If you are going through distress that goes beyond hesitation or a habit in everyday situations, the right move is to talk to a specialist.
What if I miss a day?
Missing one day does not mean failure -- you can simply carry on the next day, with no penalty on the days already completed before it. If you miss two days in a row, your run pauses and you get one permitted restart for this entire experience, per purchase. Here, failure is an attempt that did not finish, not a permanent verdict.
How long does each daily task take?
15 minutes maximum for the direct action itself -- this figure does not include the reflection time afterward, which takes only a few extra minutes to write your answers to the two questions of the day. Day three adds five minutes of planning at the end of the day.
Who benefits from this experience specifically?
Anyone who notices in themselves a recurring pattern of postponing simple actions they could have completed easily if not for hesitation -- not someone seeking training for high-risk social situations (refusing a request, facing harsh criticism), since those are other Zayenha experiences built on an entirely different graded ladder.
Will these three days count as a formed habit?
No. Habit-formation research suggests that a genuine automatic habit takes many weeks or months to form -- far beyond three days no matter how committed you are to them. What you are doing here is a first practice run: a first step that reveals the pattern to you, not a fully formed habit. We will not promise you otherwise.
Can I repeat the experience, and when?
Yes -- 21 days after completing or ending your previous attempt, giving yourself enough time to apply what you noticed before you try again. The one exception: if your run was interrupted before the end of day two (meaning you had not genuinely started), you can restart immediately with no wait.
