Accessible Zone Map
A map showing what you can call on with conscious effort when needed, not all the time.
What can you do when it is needed, not all the time? The map shows the domains that shift moderately between your contexts (deviation from 15 to under 30), meaning what you call on with conscious effort. You answer twenty short statements three times: at work or in your studies, at home with your family, and with people you do not know well (about seven minutes). The same measurement serves all five maps, so you take it once.
What's included
- Each domain deviation across work, home and strangers
- A clear distinction between steady, accessible and highly variable
- A reading for each domain written from your own numbers
- A verification certificate and a 30-day reading validity

Frequently asked questions
Why do I answer new questions for this analysis?
Because adaptive range is the difference between how you behave in one context and another, and it cannot be measured from a single context-free result. So you answer the same statements for each context, using the frame-of-reference method known in personality research, with statements adapted from the public-domain IPIP pool. You answer once, and all five maps are built from it.
What is the difference between this and my Big Five result?
The Big Five analysis gives you one general score per trait. Here you get a score per trait in each context, then its mean and its deviation across contexts, so you see where your personality holds steady and where it shifts.
How accurate is this analysis?
The computation is deterministic and transparent: the same answers always give the same result, and the thresholds are stated in the report. The statistical confidence level has not yet been calibrated on a sufficient sample, so we show no confidence percentage and do not present the result as a final verdict.
What if the required data is incomplete?
No result is computed before every statement is answered in all three contexts; your answers are saved context by context, so you can continue later where you stopped.
Does my result change over time?
Yes, and change is natural. The reading is valid for 30 days, after which it is clearly shown as out of date and you can retake the measurement, while your previous result stays recorded in its certificate.
What is the difference between the growth zone and the strain zone?
The growth zone is a gap of no more than 30 points between your current score and a target you chose, so it can be closed with realistic steps. The strain zone is a shift of more than 30 points that appears only under severe pressure, so it is a limit to respect, not a development list.
How does this relate to the Behavioral Flex Challenge and Context Switching Practice?
Those are performance tools that measure how fast you actually switch in the moment, while these maps read your range from how you describe your behavior across your life contexts. The two approaches complement each other.
