Behavior Gap Analysis - Per (Birkman)
A report comparing your usual behaviour, needs and stress behaviour across ten components, highlighting key gaps.
Discover how your behavior differs across three states in ten practical components: your usual behavior as others see it, your underlying need, meaning what you need from your environment to feel at ease, and your behavior when pressure builds or that need goes unmet. You get a score for each state in every component, an analysis of the gaps that exceed the threshold, complete detailed reports, and a verifiable certificate. An independent analysis inspired by the literature on usual and stress behavior.
What's included
- Three scores from 0 to 100 for each of the ten components: usual behavior, underlying need, and behavior under pressure
- A dedicated gap analysis for every component where your behavior shifts by fifteen points or more under pressure, with where your need sits between the two states
- Thirty detailed reports: three for each component, from the executive summary, strengths, and development areas to a ninety-day plan
- Ninety questions in Arabic and English in three short sets, written originally in both languages rather than translated
- A digital verifiable certificate with a public code any party can check, without revealing your scores

Frequently asked questions
Who is this analysis for?
For anyone who notices that their performance and relationships change when pressure builds, and wants to understand the difference between what they show others and what they actually need, so they can voice that need instead of paying for it under pressure.
How long does it take to complete?
About twenty to thirty minutes for ninety short questions in three sets: your usual behavior, then your need, then your behavior under pressure. You can stop and come back later to finish the same attempt.
Is this the official Birkman assessment?
No. This is an independent analysis built from the ground up on general scientific concepts about the difference between usual and stress behavior, inspired by that approach without copying its questions or reports, and it is not a substitute for the licensed instrument where formal certification is required.
Does a gap mean my personality is contradictory?
No. A gap describes how your behavior shifts when the context shifts, which is normal for most people. A difference under fifteen points is not read as a signal at all, and anything above it is explained together with the underlying need behind it.
Does it compare my result with other people?
No. Each score is a direct conversion of your answers, not a percentile rank, because the scale has not yet been calibrated on an Arabic reference sample, and the report says so openly instead of showing unproven figures.
