How long does each stage take?
The first knowledge level is a question-bank test that usually takes under 20 minutes. The applied level requires successful performance across at least three independent simulated conversations. The advanced level adds new conversations you have not seen before at a higher difficulty, with re-evaluation every 12 months to keep the license active.
What do I do with my license once I have it?
You get a public verification code and a verification link you can share with any third party (an employer, for example) so they can confirm your license directly, without needing to send a file that could be tampered with.
Can I retry if I fail?
Yes, after a wait of at least 14 days during which you receive a specific development plan spelling out exactly what needs improving. Most of the questions or situations in your next attempt are swapped for different content, so you cannot rely on memorizing a previous attempt's answers.
Is this an official government-recognized license?
No. A "Zayenha skill license" is an internal term used by our platform to describe a credential built on real performance you actually passed — it is not a government license and not an official professional accreditation recognized by any legal or regulatory body. It is verifiable proof that you passed a specific assessment of protecting your boundaries with a Dominant personality, meant to be shown to an employer or third party as evidence of performance, not as an official document replacing any legal license your work may require.
What happens if I do not pass? Can I pay to retry immediately?
No. If you do not pass, you first receive a specific development plan spelling out exactly what you failed at and why, before any retry path is made available to you. There is no direct payment path that skips this plan, and you cannot retry at all before at least 14 days have passed.
