Personality Pair: Manager-Employee
A shared map comparing your existing results on ten dimensions, for a manager and employee, with advice for each role.
A short experience for a manager and employee who actually work together and want to understand how to lead and communicate more effectively. There is no new questionnaire to fill out. Your existing Zayenha core and applied analysis results are compared across ten practical work style dimensions, and you both receive a shared map with recommendations that speak to each role in your relationship. Paid once by the inviting party and includes inviting the other party and their consent. A descriptive analysis of work and communication style, not a diagnosis or a judgement of either party. Not for use in formal hiring or performance-evaluation decisions.
What's included
- Built from what you already measured
- No reduced compatibility percentage
- A leadership and communication approach built for the two of you specifically
- Your free consent is required, not optional

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between this tool and the free compatibility tests found online?
Free compatibility tests usually ask one new question and instantly output a number with no clear basis. Manager-Employee Pair does not ask you anything new. It compares results you have already measured with a standardized tool from the Zayenha core and applied analyses, rests on a named theoretical basis known as Situational Leadership, never outputs a reduced percentage, and is never used as a formal evaluation tool under any circumstance.
How accurate is this comparison, and where do the ten dimensions come from?
The ten dimensions are decision speed, detail level, need for independence, direct communication, sensitivity to criticism, pace, conflict, stress, role distribution, and information needs, and they are named explicitly in the platform methodology. Each dimension accuracy depends on the quality of its source. If either of your sources is a self reported result without a standardized tool, that comparison is shown with an explicit low confidence level.
Who benefits from this tool specifically?
A manager and employee in a direct reporting relationship who actually work together, not just any two people who happen to be in the same department or company.
How long does each party need, and when does the result need an update?
A few minutes to review the map after consenting. Applied dimension sources such as communication style remain valid for up to 12 months, and core trait sources for up to 24 months. After that the result is shown with a note that one source may need updating.
What happens after the report?
You both get a shared map with recommendations addressed to each role: the manager on how to adapt their leadership style, and the employee on how to communicate more effectively with someone who holds evaluative authority over them, without either of you seeing the other raw scores. Where available, you can test the approach in a realistic leadership situation simulation.
Can the comparison be repeated, and when is that recommended?
Yes. Re comparing is recommended after 12 months, or sooner if either of your roles changes or either of you moves to a different team, or after a notable work disagreement worth revisiting.
Does the other party see my full profile or my raw scores?
No. Neither party ever sees the other raw scores. Since Manager-Employee Pair is a structurally unequal relationship, the shared map includes recommendations addressed to each role: one for the manager on adapting their leadership style, and one for the employee on communicating effectively with someone who holds authority over them. Neither recommendation reveals the other party raw scores.
What happens if one party withdraws or revokes consent after starting?
Access for the other party to any report or session stops within fifteen minutes at most from the moment of withdrawal. No profile is ever built about someone without their ongoing consent, and a manager cannot compel an employee to continue.
