Public Speaking Behavior Track
A 42-day daily track building clarity when speaking to a group, with a completion certificate.
A daily behavioral training track that builds presence and clarity while speaking in front of others, through real, progressively harder situations and optional voice recordings you listen to yourself. Five unique features: (1) exactly one task a day; (2) escalation gated by your real performance, not a blind calendar; (3) zero-penalty return after any break: you resume from the day you stopped, within 70 days of enrolment; (4) a completion certificate requiring both three scored simulation sessions showing improvement and time-distributed evidence together; (5) a final report comparing three real numbers: your same-instrument self-pulse, your simulation rubric scores, and your evidence-event count; your voice recordings are for you to listen to and are not scored.
This track is grounded in public-speaking training literature — specifically that vocal and physical presence while speaking is a behavioral skill directly trainable through recording and self-listening, not a fixed innate talent. It isn't attributed to any single commercial tool, and its 42-day length is an engineering choice within the family's approved 4-10 week range, not a psychometric figure.

Frequently asked questions
How long does this track take?
42 daily tasks over six weeks, one task a day. One baseline week, three weeks of first-tier progressive dosage, a mid-track checkpoint, then two final higher-dosage weeks ending in the closing measurement. If a dosage week ends below 70% completion, that week is repeated at the same difficulty, adding seven days of practice; in every case the track closes within 70 days of enrolment.
What happens if I stop for a few days?
You can return with no penalty after any break, even one longer than 7 days in a row: your tasks resume from the day you stopped, with no restart and no deduction. Because the track is one task a day, a break delays the final-measurement day by its length; once the planned end date passes you can close the track with a full report and no certificate, or keep going to the final-measurement day within 70 days of enrolment.
Will anyone see my personal data during the track?
There's no human observer in this track. It relies on your logged events, your voice recordings stay optional and private to you, plus simulation sessions scored by an independent rubric — no real person you know sees your details.
How do I know I actually improved, and I'm not just imagining it?
Your final report compares three real numbers: the same-instrument rating on day 1 versus day 42, your simulation rubric scores across at least three sessions, and evidence events distributed across weeks; your voice recordings are for you to listen to and are not scored.
How accurate and reliable is this analysis?
It relies on three mandatory, mutually reinforcing layers: your periodic self-rating, a log of real behavioral events with documented context, and simulation sessions scored by a fixed rubric. This is more reliable than relying on one layer alone, though less conclusive than a track that also includes real-observer confirmation.
Who is this track specifically for?
People who avoid speaking in front of groups, feel visible nervousness in their voice or pace around others, prefer silence over participating in meetings, or want a clearer, more present voice in group settings.
What if I don't get the certificate?
The certificate is issued only when all of these are met together: your self-rating on the same five items at the start and the end of the track; at least eight evidence events across three different weeks, with clear context (place, time, or another person) in at least 80% of them; at least three scored simulation sessions, with a 20% improvement or one full level between the first and the last; and reaching the final-measurement day. If any one is missing, your full final report is still issued and names exactly what is missing, but without a certificate; the certificate is earned by evidence, not by payment.
Does my journey end when the track ends?
No. Your final report includes a post-track maintenance plan — public speaking is a skill that needs ongoing practice, it doesn't stop at day 42.
