7-Day Direct Communication
A 7-day experience, one daily task to say what you mean, clearly, with a completion report.
7 days. A rising difficulty ladder. Say what you mean, clearly and respectfully. A practical 7-day behavioral experience: one daily task capped at 15 minutes, two reflection questions after each task, and a completion report at the end, with one grace restart if you miss two days in a row. A behavior-training tool, not an assessment of your condition.
What's included
- Break the recurring pattern of hinting or softening messages instead of stating them directly, out of fear of misunderstanding or a negative reaction
- Notice a real personal pattern across seven attempts of rising intensity: where does the real difficulty begin for you, on a ladder from a simple preference to a message that touches a power difference?
- Name one concrete situation you will apply your directness to on your own next week, after the seven days end

Frequently asked questions
How is this experience different from the rest of Zayenha, especially Personality Gym?
This is a short behavioral experience (7 days, capped at 15 actual minutes daily) with no scored questionnaire and no AI simulation. Personality Gym is a deeper-commitment tool: extended training with live simulation and higher quality gates. If the seven days end and you feel you need deeper training on the same behavior, you will find a specific suggestion for that in your completion report.
Is this experience therapy or a psychological diagnosis?
No, it is neither therapy nor a diagnosis. This is a short, guided behavioral experience for practicing concrete steps in your daily life, inspired by the principle of graded progression in skill learning. It does not assess your mental state or pass judgments about it, and it is not a substitute for a qualified specialist. If you are going through distress that goes beyond hesitation or a habit in everyday situations, the right move is to talk to a specialist.
What if I miss a day?
Missing one day does not mean failure -- you can resume immediately the next day, with no penalty on the days already completed before it. If you miss two consecutive days your experience stops, and you can start over once only per purchase. Here, failure is an attempt that did not finish, not a permanent verdict.
How long does each daily task take?
15 minutes maximum for the direct action itself -- this figure does not include the reflection time afterward, which takes only a few extra minutes to write your answers to the days two questions.
Who benefits from this experience specifically?
Anyone who notices in themselves a recurring pattern of hinting instead of saying things directly -- not someone with distress that calls for specialist support (see the second question above), and not someone specifically seeking training in refusal or voicing disagreement (those are two other products with a different path).
Will these seven days count as a formed habit?
No. Habit-formation research suggests that a genuine automatic habit takes many weeks or months to form -- far beyond seven days no matter how committed you are to them. What you are doing here is a first practice run: a first step that reveals the pattern to you, not a fully formed habit. We will not promise you otherwise.
Can I repeat the experience, and when?
Yes -- 21 days after completing or ending your previous attempt, giving yourself enough time to apply what you noticed before doing the experience again. The one exception: if your run was interrupted before the end of day two (classified as not having genuinely started), you can restart immediately with no wait.
