Frequently asked questions
How does this analysis differ from the comprehensive personality analysis?
The comprehensive personality analysis draws your broad picture across several dimensions. This analysis measures one specific aspect, the way you handle disagreement, in the context of disagreement and conflict at work and in teams, so its result should not be read as a description of your whole personality.
How accurate and reliable is this analysis?
It is a descriptive analysis inspired by a well-known scientific model and has not yet been calibrated on a sample of respondents, so we show no reliability figures and no percentile comparisons. Your result is computed from your answers arithmetically only, and we show an indicator of how consistent your answers were; read it as a prompt for reflection, not a final verdict.
Who benefits from this analysis specifically?
For anyone who faces disagreement at work or in a team and wants to understand how they usually react and how to widen their options. It is not a formal employment assessment tool and must not be used on its own in a decision to accept or reject a job candidate.
How long does it take?
About 6 to 9 minutes, across 40 statements, each answered on a five-point scale.
What do I do after the analysis?
Your report includes applied tools you can use the same day and a ninety-day plan with weekly follow-up, so start with one tool and measure again after a while to see the effect.
Can I retake the analysis, and why might my result change?
Yes. An applied style is affected by context, life stage and practice more than by a deep fixed trait, so a change in your result later does not mean a measurement error; it may reflect real development or a different context in mind when you answered.
Is this a diagnosis of my whole personality or of one behaviour only?
Of one behaviour in a defined context: disagreement and conflict at work and in teams. It is not a psychological diagnosis and does not describe your whole personality or your behaviour in every situation in your life.
