Desired Personality

Initiative Goal

A 90-day training programme from waiting for direction to starting things yourself, with weekly check-ins.

From waiting for direction to a first act you start yourself, then an initiative that widens over time. A 90-day behavioral training program that starts with a short baseline (under 10 minutes) to place you on the right branch, with weekly check-ins and a re-baseline after at least 21 days. A behavior-development tool, not a diagnosis.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between this program and the other personality analyses on the platform?

The other personality analyses describe your current state — who you are now and how you tend to behave. This program does not describe a state; it builds a practical path toward a specific skill you have not yet acquired to the degree you want. One is a mirror reflecting your reality, the other is a training plan for what you do daily over months.

Does this program change my core personality, or does it train a specific behavior within it?

It trains a specific behavior — the proactive-initiative ladder — it does not change your core personality. How often you show a specific behavior may increase with conscious practice, though results vary and no outcome is assured, and an immediate, wholesale transformation in who you are is not something to expect. You are unlikely to become a different person; you stay yourself, with a clearer and more deliberate tendency to act instead of waiting.

How long does the program take, and when will I start to see a tangible effect?

Baseline takes under 10 minutes. The full program runs 90 days. The first phase (spotting small opportunities) starts from day one, the habit-formation checkpoint arrives around day 60-70, and the first re-baseline measurement (a self-estimate that you compare with your baseline) is not shown before at least day 21.

How accurate and scientifically reliable is this program?

Honesty matters more than promises here: the baseline item bank has not yet been tried on a sufficient real sample, so it is treated as a preliminary guidance tool, not a calibrated measure. The design of the program is internal and simplified, and its effectiveness has not yet been measured on real users. We cannot estimate how large a change you will see, and we do not promise a complete transformation.

Who exactly benefits from this program, and who is it not suited for?

It suits anyone who feels a clear practical gap between their intention to take initiative and their actual daily behavior — waiting for explicit permission before acting, or letting their ideas fade after the first obstacle. It does not suit someone in a work environment or relationship that actively punishes any individual initiative (an authoritarian or abusive environment) — those situations need a completely different assessment of the environment itself, not personal training on initiative within it. If the environment is harming or exhausting you, the better step is to seek support from a specialist or an appropriate body.

What if I stop or miss a week: do I lose my progress?

No. Missing a full week is not a failure — specific return-to-track scenarios await you in non-punitive language, returning you to the phase you were in, not to zero. Stumbling is an expected part of any extended behavioral program, and managing it is part of the program itself, not something outside it.

How is my real progress measured, and what is the difference between genuine improvement and a passing fluctuation?

Through comparing your first baseline against a re-baseline measurement not shown before at least 21 days from the start of the program. No reliable threshold for change has been announced yet (it will be announced once the item bank has been tried on a sufficient real sample), so any small difference is read as a natural fluctuation, not a genuine improvement or setback.

Can I add another goal from the family later?

Yes — each of the six ready-made goals (including this one) is an independent, standalone program, and you can purchase and start another goal later as a separate program. If you want to combine two or more skills into one interleaved track from the start instead of sequencing them, the Desired Personality Builder is designed for that — it lets you choose 1 to 3 goals managed together in a single program.
