Replay: Meeting
A session rebuilding a real meeting you attended, with your alternative reply evaluated.
This session reconstructs a real meeting from your own participation and helps you write a more structured and actionable alternative contribution. Because a meeting is a group field, the system does not assume that one individual can represent the reaction of the whole room. Summarizing the meeting, drafting an alternative contribution, and reviewing it usually takes about 10 to 18 minutes, depending on how many points need to be organized.
What's included
- You start from a meeting you actually attended and separate what happened from what you wish you had expressed differently.
- Evaluation focuses on contribution structure, time control, audience awareness, and next action instead of guessing one individual reaction.
- Any estimate of group reception stays general and is limited to the most cautious confidence level because the room contains people with different roles, knowledge, and interests.
- You can review how your contributions become tighter and more structured across comparable situations when the rubric version matches.
- Improvement is framed as behavior that can be developed in meetings, not as a judgment about professional worth or standing in the team.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between this tool and just replaying the situation in my own head?
Thinking alone can overfocus on one person or one comment. Here the meeting is treated as a group field and the alternative contribution is evaluated for what you could have expressed more effectively.
How accurate/reliable is the evaluation of my alternative response?
The evaluation reviews the alternative contribution against stable behavioral criteria. It does not claim to measure every participant response or establish what the room would actually have done.
Who specifically benefits from this exercise?
It is useful for people who participate in work meetings and want better contribution clarity, time discipline, and conversion of discussion into decisions or follow up.
How long does building the situation and evaluating the alternative response take?
A short meeting may take about 10 minutes to reconstruct, while the work can approach 18 minutes when several priorities, owners, or follow up actions need to be sorted out.
What do I do with my result?
Use the result to choose one change in structure, priority order, or next action, then test it in another alternative response or a later meeting.
Can I retry the same situation?
Yes. You can retry the same meeting card. Starting with attempt three, you need a written note explaining what changed in how you understand the meeting before another retry. Each session credit covers one situation card with up to 5 evaluated attempts.
Is what I recount about the situation treated as established fact, or as my own memory of it?
Your account is treated as personal memory of the meeting. The memory fidelity flag shows how much caution is appropriate as more time passes between the meeting and the entry.
Will the app tell me what the other party would actually have said or done?
No. A meeting is treated as a group setting, so the system does not project one individual response as if it represented the room. It may only offer a broad estimate limited to the most cautious confidence level.
What if revisiting this situation is psychologically distressing for me?
When two or more approved distress indicators are detected during meeting review, evaluation stops and the user is directed to Soul before the contribution is analyzed further. The meeting exercise is not turned into a diagnostic tool.
Does a low score mean I failed to handle the real situation?
No. A low score describes aspects of the alternative contribution that can be improved. It does not issue a final judgment about your performance in the real meeting.
