Job Interview Behavioral Lab

An AI mock job interview scoring your answer structure, accuracy and composure under pressure.

The Job Interview Behavioral Lab is a live mock interview in which you practise what really happens in the interview room: a question, then a sharper follow-up when your answer is general, then professional pressure at the highest level.

Three levels:
- A friendly first interview with an HR specialist: tell me about yourself, a time you faced a problem, working in a team.
- A competency interview with a department manager: a project that slipped, a disagreement with a colleague, a decision made with incomplete data, with questions about your own part rather than the team's.
- A final panel that applies pressure on purpose: your biggest professional failure, a change in your path, a challenge to a number you mentioned, and why it should choose you.

What you get after each session: a debrief on four axes: answer structure (situation, task, action, result), factual specificity and consistency, composure under pressure, and authenticity versus rehearsed answers. Every judgement is backed by a quote of your own words, along with what worked and your next step.

The purchase includes five sessions that you start whenever you like, and their results are kept in your account so you can build your Interview Behavioral Profile from them.

Clear limits: the interviewer is an AI simulation, not a real person, and the result is for practice; it does not predict any employer's decision.

Frequently asked questions

How does a session work?

You choose the level, the interviewer opens with the first question, and you answer in writing as you would in a real interview. A session needs at least six answers to be scored, and you can end it whenever you like before the maximum length.

What are my answers scored on?

On four axes from 0 to 3: answer structure, factual specificity and consistency, composure under pressure, and authenticity. They are scored by an independent evaluator that does not see the interviewer's instructions and judges only what you said.

Do I need previous work experience?

No. You can answer from your studies, volunteering or any real experience you have had. What matters is that the experience is real and specific, not a general description.

Can an employer use my result to accept or reject me?

No. This is a practice result from a mock interview, and on its own it cannot support any hiring decision. A sound decision needs an analysis of the job itself, tools designed for it and human oversight.

What if I feel distressed during a session?

You can leave immediately at any moment. If your words show real distress, the simulation stops and an appropriate source of support is offered instead of continuing the role-play.

What do I do after the sessions?

Once you have two or more recent sessions within 90 days, you can build your Interview Behavioral Profile, which combines your performance across sessions and shows your strongest axis and what is worth practising.

Who can see my results?

Only you, within your account. They are not sent to any employer or other app.
