Professional & Job Integration
Professional Personality Profile
A professional profile turning five completed analyses into practical work signals, with a printable summary.
The Professional Personality Profile re-reads the results of analyses you have already completed in Zayenha Personality in the language of work. It adds no new questionnaire. It takes what you have actually measured in five analyses (Communication Style, Decision Style, Influence Style, Autonomy Profile and Social Initiative Profile) and turns each result into one professional signal: how you come across in meetings, how you decide, how you move others to act, how much independence suits you, and how much you take the initiative.
What you get:
- Five professional signals, each with a practical description, a way to put it to use at work, and a point to watch.
- The source of each signal, the date it was measured, its confidence level and its expiry date.
- A printable summary to use when preparing for a job interview, a performance conversation or a career decision.
How it is built: your profile shows only those of the five analyses you have completed; each analysis you complete later adds its signal automatically. A signal is a professional rewording of the same result, so your score does not change and nothing is inferred that was not measured.
Who it is for: job seekers, people preparing for an interview or a promotion, and anyone who wants to understand how their personality shows up as behaviour at work.
Clear limits: this is a developmental profile for understanding yourself at work. It is not a tool for accepting or rejecting anyone for a job.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to take a new test?
No. The profile uses analyses you have completed in Zayenha Personality: Communication Style, Decision Style, Influence Style, Autonomy Profile and Social Initiative Profile. One completed analysis is enough for the first signal to appear, and each further analysis you complete adds its signal.
How is this profile different from the original analysis results?
The original analysis describes the trait across your life in general. The professional profile rewords the same result specifically for work: how it shows up in meetings, decisions and dealings with managers and colleagues. The score does not change; only the angle of reading does.
What does the confidence level attached to each signal mean?
It is an initial estimate of the strength of the evidence behind the signal, shown in words rather than as a percentage, and it states its basis: one completed standardised analysis (the signal is then explicitly marked "single source") or two independent analyses. Once a signal expires, no confidence is shown for it and it is not counted among the ready signals until you retake the source analysis. It is not a percentage of correctness, and it does not rate how good your trait is.
How long does a signal stay valid?
180 days from the date of the source analysis. After that the signal is flagged as out of date and you are invited to retake the source analysis to refresh it, because work behaviour can change with experience and role.
Can an employer use this profile to accept or reject me?
It should not be. The profile is a tool for development and self-understanding, not a selection test. Any sound hiring decision needs an analysis of the job itself, assessment tools designed for it and human oversight. That is why every profile carries an explicit notice that it is not for job selection.
Who can see my profile?
Only you, from within your account. The profile is not sent to any other party or app. If sharing with other Zayenha apps becomes available in the future, it will only happen with your explicit consent for each type of data, which you can withdraw at any time.
How can I use it in a job interview?
Review the "how to use it" part of each signal, and pick two examples from your experience that illustrate a strength and one that shows how you handle the point to watch. This helps you talk about yourself accurately and with examples rather than general statements.
What if I have not completed all five analyses?
Only what you have completed is shown, with direct links to the missing analyses. No signal is estimated without its analysis, and no gaps are filled with guesses.
