Leadership Expression
A map of three dimensions of how you lead and influence others, built from your earlier analyses.
Leadership Expression brings together three dimensions of how you lead and influence other people, and your page shows them under these names. Its three sources are analyses prepared by this platform and inspired by published models, not tools issued by the owners of those models. The first is the Leadership Influence Profile, from Influence Style Analysis - Per (POIS), which draws on the Profiles of Organizational Influence Strategies of Kipnis and Schmidt, built on their earlier study with Wilkinson of influence tactics inside organisations; it reads the share each of six styles takes in your influence and highlights here the two most present in you. The second is the Leadership Behavioral Pattern, from Personal Behavior - Per (DISC), whose result on this platform appears as a main behavioural pattern, sometimes with a backup pattern. The third appears as Leadership Humility and Credit-Sharing and is at heart a general trait: the Honesty-Humility scale of 6-Dimension Personality - Per (HEXACO), which covers sincerity, fairness, modesty and a lack of greed, read on five levels and passing no judgement on your character; its link to sharing credit as a leader is an interpretation that may hold in many situations, not a measure of how you lead. The page is complete once both the Influence Style Analysis and the Personal Behavior - Per (DISC) are finished, and the 6-Dimension Personality analysis adds an Honesty-Humility reading. Because each dimension comes from a single source of a different kind, the page shows them side by side, without merging them into a number or comparing them automatically. The Influence Style Analysis tells you how you win other people over, and the Personal Behavior - Per (DISC) tells you how you usually act within a team, yet each speaks only for itself. Leadership Expression gathers these sides onto one page centred on your leadership role and adds a reading of your general leaning toward honesty and humility, a tendency that may bear on trust in working relationships.
What's included
- Places your leadership sides together for your own comparison — The three dimensions appear on one page, each with your result from its source and a paragraph explaining what it means in a leadership setting. Comparing your influence style with your behavioural pattern is left to you: the page does not identify where they agree or differ, because the two sources measure different things in different ways, and merging them automatically could hide what each one measures rather than clarify it.
- Keeps pace with your new results — Whenever you open your page after a new result from any of its three sources, it is rebuilt to include it, so an older reading never stays in front of you once you have completed something newer.
- Ties every dimension to the tool behind it — Each dimension carries the name of its source tool and the date you completed it, so you can easily separate what the Influence Style Analysis said from what the Personal Behavior - Per (DISC) said, and return to either report when you want more, including the full shares of your six influence styles.
- One page instead of three reports — Reading one report on influence styles, another on behavioural pattern and a third on personality traits, then pulling out what concerns leadership, takes time. Leadership Expression gathers what concerns leadership from those reports onto one page, so you reach it without reading everything again.
- Keeps the nature of each source intact — This product draws on three different kinds of source: a behavioural pattern that places you in a category, an influence profile that divides your influence among six styles in shares adding up to a hundred, and a general tendency read on five levels. None of this is added up into a single leadership number, and no pattern is turned into a share or the reverse, so each source is read in the way it was designed to be read.

Frequently asked questions
How does Leadership Expression differ from any single report from your source tools?
Each single report answers one question: how you influence, how you behave, or how far you lean toward honesty and humility. Leadership Expression places these answers on one page about your role as a leader and writes a paragraph for each dimension on what it may mean in leadership, without measuring anything new in you and without merging the dimensions into a single verdict.
How many sources do I need, and what is the highest confidence my page can reach?
A full view requires both the Influence Style Analysis and the Personal Behavior - Per (DISC) to be complete, while the 6-Dimension Personality analysis adds an Honesty-Humility reading. Even with all three sources complete, the page does not reach high confidence, because each dimension comes from one source that no second source confirms, so its highest confidence is medium. If a result is old, about 6 months for the Influence Style Analysis and about 18 months for the other two, it is set aside until you retake it.
Who benefits from Leadership Expression specifically?
It particularly helps people whose separate reports contain observations about influence and behaviour but who are unsure how to read them together in the way they lead, and people moving from individual work to leading others who want to know what their current style brings with it. It does not serve someone looking to assess the performance of another leader or to choose between candidates.
When does my page first appear?
Once the Influence Style Analysis and the Personal Behavior - Per (DISC) are complete, you find the full page on your first visit after purchase; with only one of them complete, it shows with partial confidence.
What should I do after my page appears?
Start with the two most prominent styles in your influence profile, set them beside your behavioural pattern, and ask yourself two questions: in which situations do I reach for these two styles, and do they suit the way I usually act in front of my team? You make this comparison yourself; the page does not make it for you. Then, over the coming week, try a third of your six styles in one situation where you need a colleague on your side, and notice its effect. How the people who work with you see you as a leader is not something this page measures, because it is built on your own answers.
When does my page update, and do I need to retake any assessment?
You need not retake any assessment for your page to refresh. Retaking helps when a result has dropped out of the reading because of its age, or when your leadership position has changed since you completed the tool and you feel your answers no longer describe you.
