Unified Personality Passport

One profile gathering the personality analyses you have completed, with no new questions, in one place.

The Unified Personality Passport asks you no new questions; it reads the results of the tools you have already completed and places them in one profile. Everything it reads is an analysis built by this platform and inspired by a published model, not a tool issued by the owners of that model. Today it reads six of the core personality tools: Five Traits Analysis - Per (Big Five), 6-Dimension Personality - Per (HEXACO), Personal Behavior - Per (DISC), Advanced Personality - Per (MBTI), which places you in one of sixteen types, Nine Types Analysis - Per (Enneagram) and 16-Factor Personality - Per (16PF). Alongside them it reads seven applied-style tools: Communication Style Analysis, Decision-Making Style Analysis, Conflict Style Analysis, Influence Style Analysis, Need for Structure Analysis, Autonomy Profile Analysis and Social Initiative Analysis. The seventh core tool, Behavior Gap Analysis - Per (Birkman), which compares your usual behaviour with your behaviour under pressure, is not read by the passport. Your passport becomes complete once you have finished results from at least three different tools; before that, it shows partially, from what you have finished. Because its sources do not speak one language, with some giving you scores on traits and others placing you in a type, the passport does not melt their results into one number and has no fixed number of dimensions. If you have completed more than one tool, you probably hold several reports, each describing part of you in its own vocabulary. The passport is where those reports come together so you can read them side by side: a picture that widens each time you add a tool and shows the limits of every source instead of hiding them.

Frequently asked questions

How does the passport differ from any single report from your source tools?

An individual report explains your result in one tool, in the vocabulary and scales of that tool. The passport, by contrast, adds no new test: it places your completed results side by side on one page and compares the two trait models once both are complete, without reducing you to one number or an overall type. The original report remains the place for detail, and the passport is the map that shows where each report fits.

How many tools does my passport need to be complete, and when does its confidence rise?

Your passport is complete with finished results from at least three different tools, and stays partial until then. Completeness is not confidence: the confidence mark of the passport turns high once it is complete and your Big Five and 6-Dimension Personality results converge on at least one trait the two models share; otherwise it stays at medium. A high mark therefore does not mean that all your shared traits converge, and each shared trait keeps its own convergence label.

Who benefits from the passport specifically?

As the broadest of our profiles that gather your tool results, the passport serves best those who completed several tools at different times and have never read them side by side; the more varied your tools, the more it can show. With only one tool so far, its individual report serves you well for now. It is not designed for hiring or promotion decisions about anyone.

When does my passport first appear, and do I need to buy it?

You do not need to buy it if you have results from at least two of its tools: it then opens without a purchase and appears the moment you open it. With fewer results you open it by buying it, and it appears from your first completed result and widens with what you add. Each time you open it after a new result, it is rebuilt to include that result.

What should I do after my passport appears?

Start with the traits on which your two trait-model results differ, if there are any, and ask yourself whether they differ because each measures a different side of you or because one of them was answered during an unusual period. Then go back to the original report of whichever tool raised your question, since it holds the detail the passport has no room for. Working with a coach? Bring the passport to your next session instead of the stack of reports.

When does my passport update, and do I need to retake any assessment?

You do not need to retake any tool for your passport to change, because every new result you complete enters it. Retaking pays off in two cases only: when an old-result mark appears on one of your tools and retaking returns it to the reading, or when a major change in your life leaves you feeling that your old answers no longer describe you.
