Work Personality Signature
One map of your work personality combining five dimensions from earlier analyses, without forcing them into one number.
The Work Personality Signature brings together five dimensions: Personal Behavior - Per (DISC), Need for Structure, Autonomy Profile, Social Initiative Profile, and Five Traits Analysis - Per (Big Five) as an enrichment source for conscientiousness. Because these sources use different structures, their relationships are interpreted without collapsing categorical behavior and continuous scores into one number. The Work Personality Signature gives you a multi-source view of how you approach tasks, structure, autonomy, and initiative at work. It is not a formal performance rating or hiring instrument; it helps you see where evidence reinforces a theme and where differences need more context.
What's included
- Separates agreement from difference — When several work-related sources point in a similar direction, the signature marks that convergence. Moderate differences and divergence remain visible so real disagreement is not hidden inside an artificial average.
- Read afresh each time you open it — The Work Personality Signature does not wait for a schedule to change: it is re-read from your results every time you open it, so any eligible result you completed since your last visit enters it, and a result past its validity window is set aside and flagged in the evidence log.
- Links conclusions to evidence — Each major reading can be traced to the evidence that contributed to it, allowing you to see why it appeared and review the source rather than accept the result as a closed judgment.
- Consolidates manual comparison — Instead of moving between separate reports about behavior, structure, autonomy, and initiative, the signature places relevant evidence together so comparison is faster while meaningful differences remain visible.
- Preserves model meaning — Categorical patterns and continuous scores are not forced into a single scale. Evidence that should not be combined mathematically stays presented in a form that preserves the interpretation and limits of its source.

Frequently asked questions
How does this differ from one source?
An individual report explains one source result. The Work Personality Signature compares Personal Behavior - Per (DISC), Need for Structure, Autonomy Profile, Social Initiative Profile, and an enrichment signal from Five Traits Analysis - Per (Big Five). Differences in source structure remain visible rather than being forced into one score.
How many sources are needed before the full view appears?
The Work Personality Signature needs at least two independent sources from different source families, or one source plus eligible independent behavioral or observer evidence. Anonymous 360 feedback does not qualify until at least three raters are complete. Coverage and evidence freshness remain separate from the simple source count.
Who benefits from this signature specifically?
It is useful if you want to understand work behavior, structure, autonomy, and initiative together, especially when separate reports feel disconnected. It should not be used alone for hiring, promotion, termination, or formal performance decisions.
When does my Work Personality Signature first appear?
It appears on your first visit after buying it, built on whichever of its sources you have completed, then widens whenever you add a new source and come back to it.
What should I do after my signature appears?
Start with the areas of convergence and difference, then compare them with what you actually observe at work. Use links to existing development goals when relevant, and do not treat the signature as a performance rating or a standalone automated development plan.
When does my signature update, and do I need to retake any assessment?
The signature renews whenever you return to it following a new eligible result, so no assessment has to be retaken for it. Retaking a tool is useful if its result shows as set aside for its age, or if your role or way of working has clearly changed.
