Leadership Mirror
A report comparing your view of your leadership style with your team's view, shown after at least 3 replies.
How does your team see your leadership style compared to how you see it? Your self-view is compared with how the people you invite see you through a short questionnaire of four minutes at most, and you receive a reading for each dimension with the size and direction of the gap, the signal quality and the number of raters. No result appears before at least 3 raters respond.
What's included
- Learn the real difference between your leadership style as you see it and how your direct reports see it
- Identify which aspects of your leadership stay stable across different reports and which shift by the nature of your relationship with them
- Get a realistic basis for developing your real leadership effect instead of relying on your own self-image alone

Frequently asked questions
Will my direct report know that I saw their specific response?
No, never. This product uses mandatory anonymous aggregation with no exception -- there is no named option at all, because one direct report rating their leader directly carries a genuine retaliation risk. No result will be shown to you at all before at least three responses are complete, and you have no way to trace any number back to a specific report.
What happens if three direct reports do not complete the questionnaire?
No result is shown at all -- no partial result, no rounding two responses to stand in for three. This is a strict privacy limit with no exception specifically for this product: fewer than three means any single opinion could easily be traced to a specific report.
Does the direct report see my personal result?
No, never. Direct reports complete a short questionnaire about your leadership style only and receive no report, link, or result in return -- neither now nor later. This is stated clearly in the invite text they receive before they begin.
How accurate and reliable is this analysis?
Its reliability is shown dimension by dimension, not as one blended number. When your invited direct reports readings agree on a given dimension, it is shown to you as a reliable signal; when they diverge sharply, you are told that plainly -- the variance itself is information about how your leadership effect shifts depending on who you lead, not a measurement error.
Who benefits most from this analysis?
Any team leader or manager preparing for a formal leadership review, anyone moving into broader managerial responsibility, and anyone who feels uncertain about how their team actually perceives their leadership style instead of continuing to guess.
How long until my result appears?
There is no fixed number -- it depends entirely on how quickly your invited direct reports respond. In practice this usually falls between 3 and 14 days, and each invite link stays valid for a full 14 days.
Can I invite the same raters again later to measure change?
Precisely: you can re-run the measurement with the same group of three (or more) direct reports after a few months of working on the development areas the report revealed -- anonymous aggregation stays applied in every round. You will not know which individual changed or kept their opinion; only the overall direction for the team as a whole.
What if the invited direct reports contradict one another?
This actually happens and is not a measurement error. When direct reports sharply disagree on a given dimension, it often means your leadership style genuinely shifts depending on the nature of your relationship with each report, their team, or their tenure with you -- practical information worth exploring, not worrying about, and it is explicitly classified in your report as a disagreement worth your curiosity.
