One verifiable credential that brings together your previously certified professional signals.
The Professional Presence Credential is a single verifiable certificate that brings together what you have shown in three professional products: your Professional Personality Profile, your Work Environment Preferences and your performance in mock interviews.
When is it issued? When three criteria written in advance are met:
- At least three recent work signals out of five in the Professional Personality Profile.
- A recent signal in Work Environment Preferences.
- An average of at least 6.5 out of 10 in the Interview Behavioral Profile, from two or more recent sessions.
The criteria are computed by fixed rules rather than judgement, once they are met a button appears for you to issue the credential yourself, and until then you see the status of each criterion with a link to what completes it.
What you get: a certificate in your name with a unique verification code that anyone can confirm on the public verification page. It shows none of your result details, only your name, the credential name, its date and its validity.
Validity: 365 days from the date of issue, after which re-credentialing with recent results is required.
Clear limits: the credential attests that you completed recent analyses and performed above a published threshold in mock interviews; it does not measure your competence in a specific job.

What do I need for the credential to be issued?
Three criteria together: three recent work signals out of five in the Professional Personality Profile, a recent signal in Work Environment Preferences, and an average of at least 6.5 out of 10 in the Interview Behavioral Profile from two recent sessions. You see the status of each criterion before it is issued.
How can someone else verify the credential?
By entering the verification code printed on the certificate on the public verification page, or by scanning the code on the certificate. They see the credential's status, active or revoked, with your name and its date.
Which of my results appear on the certificate?
None of their details. The certificate shows only your name, the credential name, its issue date and its validity, and your results stay within your account.
Can an employer use this credential to accept or reject me?
No. The credential attests that you completed recent analyses and performed above a published threshold in mock interviews, and on its own it cannot support any hiring decision. A sound decision needs an analysis of the job itself, tools designed for it and human oversight.
How long does the credential stay valid?
365 days from its issue date, which is written on the certificate. After that the old credential is revoked and a new one is issued once the criteria are met with recent results.
What if my results change after issue?
The credential is assessed on your results as they stand on the day it is issued and stays valid until the end of its term. Your new results appear in their own products and count at re-credentialing.
Who can see the credential?
You, within your account, and anyone you share the verification code or certificate with. It is not sent to any employer or other app unless you share it yourself.
