Simulation: Sensitive Employee
A live simulation giving criticism to a sensitive employee, scored by an independent evaluator.
A live conversational simulation testing your ability to deliver constructive feedback or criticism to a simulated, highly emotionally sensitive employee -- your role here is the one delivering the message, not the one receiving it. Your skill is measured in combining clarity with care without watering down the message or damaging the other person's dignity, and your full session is scored by an evaluator fully independent of the persona you spoke with.
Goals:
- Practice delivering constructive feedback or criticism with full clarity, without diluting it to the point it loses its practical usefulness.
- Notice the emotional reaction and gently name it before continuing, instead of ignoring it or withdrawing from completing the message.
- Leave the other person with a clear, practical next step, showing the feedback is constructive, not a final verdict on their worth.
Who this is for: Any team lead or person responsible for giving feedback to individuals who tend to react emotionally quickly to criticism, who wants to practice delivering a clear, useful message without hesitating to say it out of fear of hurting them, and without actually causing unintended embarrassment or insult.
Expected duration: Between 6 and 40 conversational turns depending on the difficulty level you choose (training/standard: minimum 6 turns; exam: minimum 8) -- most sessions in practice take between 10 and 20 minutes.
What's included
- A behaviorally consistent AI character, not a fixed script
- A judgment independent of the character you spoke with
- A literal quoted piece of evidence behind every score, not a vague verdict
- A retry compared on the same standard
- A gateway toward a real, verifiable interaction license -- not a watched-it badge

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between this simulation and a real situation or traditional corporate training?
There is no real effect on an actual person -- the conversation is entirely simulated, so it cannot hurt a real human's feelings no matter how you get the delivery wrong (see the transparency question below), giving you a safe space to practice before a real, sensitive situation. And unlike role-play with a colleague, the simulated employee follows a pre-documented emotional-response ladder instead of free improvisation, and your session is scored by an independent evaluator citing evidence from your own words -- not a general verbal comment from a facilitator that may vary from one session to the next.
How accurate/reliable is the automated evaluator's assessment?
This is measured against two strict standards before any real session opens to users: the evaluator must agree with itself when re-scoring the same session transcript, and its judgment must agree with an independent human expert's assessment on a calibration set of at least thirty real sessions spanning clear passes, borderline cases, and clear fails. This calibration is mandatory and has not been completed yet -- real sessions will not open to users before it is passed, and its results will be published transparently once complete.
Who specifically benefits from this training?
Any team lead or person responsible for giving feedback to individuals who tend to react emotionally quickly to criticism, who wants to practice delivering a clear, useful message without hesitating to say it out of fear of hurting them, and without actually causing unintended embarrassment or insult.
How long does a session take?
Between 6 and 40 conversational turns depending on the difficulty level you choose -- most sessions in practice take between 10 and 20 minutes.
What do I do after the session?
You get a debrief with exactly 3 to 6 indicators, each with a score (0 to 3) and a literal quote from your own words explaining exactly why that score was given, plus one thing that worked and one specific next step to work on. It is not a final verdict on your leadership style -- it is a practical behavioral recommendation to build on in your next attempt or in a similar real situation.
Can I retry? And why might my result differ?
Yes. In training mode you can retry the same scenario to learn; in test mode an equivalent (not identical) scenario version is used, to prevent memorizing answers instead of developing real skill. Your result may differ because the conversation is genuinely live -- your own phrasing drives the simulated employee's emotional response each time, not a pre-fixed script.
Is the character I'm talking to a real human or artificial intelligence?
Fully artificial intelligence. The sensitive employee is a simulated persona with a pre-documented trait profile and emotional-response ladder -- there is no real human behind the screen at any point in the session, and nothing you say can hurt a real person's feelings. If you yourself (not the simulated persona) experience real distress beyond this exercise's scope, you are redirected explicitly and immediately to the specialized Soul family.
Is my conversation or voice used for other purposes or shared with a third party?
By this product's design, your session text is used exclusively to generate your evaluation (debrief) and to make it available to you later for review (replay) -- it is not shared with any third party outside the platform. This is an approved design commitment that will be enforced when the runtime engines are built, and it will be live-verified before real sessions open to users.
What if I disagree with a score or a quote in my evaluation?
Every score in your evaluation is tied to a literal quote from your own session text -- you can always review the quote and check it yourself. If you believe a quote is inaccurate or a score doesn't reflect what you actually said, your evaluation is not a final closed verdict -- the product is designed to carry an appeal path, and its details will be published once real sessions open.
Does this session's result grant me an interaction license directly?
No. This session produces a scorecard for one scenario only -- scores, evidence, and a pass/not-pass decision against that scenario's specific threshold. A verifiable interaction license (a credential you can check via a code/link) requires accumulating multiple qualifying sessions across multiple products within the separate Interaction Licenses family -- it is not granted directly from a single session here.
