Assertiveness Mirror
A report comparing how assertive you feel with how others see you, shown after at least 3 replies.
Do the people around you see your assertiveness the way you feel it? Your self-view is compared with how the people you invite see you through a short questionnaire of four minutes at most, and you receive a reading for each dimension with the size and direction of the gap, the signal quality and the number of raters. No result appears before at least 3 raters respond.
What's included
- Learn the direction and size of the real gap between how assertive you feel and how someone who knows you sees it
- Determine whether this gap is a fixed trait or tied to a specific relationship context
- Get a realistic basis for developing your assertiveness in the situations that actually matter to you

Frequently asked questions
Can I choose whether I know who answered?
Yes. If you choose anonymous aggregation, no result will be shown at all before at least three responses are complete, and you have no way to trace any number back to a specific person. If you choose the named pattern, the person you name knows from the start that you will know they were the one who answered.
What happens if the minimum number of raters do not complete the questionnaire?
No result is shown at all -- no partial result, no rounding. If you chose anonymous aggregation, the minimum is three with no exception; if you chose the named pattern, one response is enough.
Does the rater see my personal result?
No, never. Whoever you invite completes a short questionnaire about your assertiveness only and receives no report, link, or result in return -- neither now nor later.
How accurate and reliable is this analysis?
With anonymous aggregation (at least three responses), the rater agreement level is shown explicitly. With the named pattern (one response), there is no second source to statistically compare it against -- the result is one clear, direct individual opinion, not an average, and is presented on that basis without claiming a statistical reliability a single source does not have.
Who benefits most from this analysis?
Anyone who feels uncertain about how clearly they express their opinion, anyone wanting to improve work or personal relationships through one specific skill, and anyone who wants to stop assuming their internal feeling of assertiveness matches what those around them see.
How long until my result appears?
It depends on the chosen pattern and how quickly the people you invited respond -- usually between one and fourteen days, and each invite link stays valid for a full 14 days.
Can I invite the same rater again later to measure change?
Yes -- and this is the most fitting use for this product specifically, since it is one dimension that is easy to track. Re-measure with the same collection pattern after a few weeks of applying the tools suggested in your report, and manually compare the two results.
What if the raters contradict one another?
This actually happens and is not a measurement error, if you chose anonymous aggregation with more than three raters. Significant disagreement among them often means your assertiveness genuinely shifts depending on the nature of the relationship or how much the topic matters to you -- practical information worth exploring, not worrying about.
