Manager Fit Signals
A report naming the supervision style that best helps you do your best work, from your earlier analyses.
Manager Fit Signals answers a question that comes up in every job: what kind of supervision helps you do your best work? The answer is built from analyses you have completed in Zayenha Personality: Communication Style, Decision Style, Influence Style, Autonomy Profile, Social Initiative Profile and Pressure Context Map.
What you get:
- The supervision pattern closest to what you need, out of four patterns described in leadership research: directive, supportive, participative and achievement-oriented, together with the pattern that follows it.
- What to agree on in practice with your manager, and a point to watch for each aspect.
- A reading of how much autonomy drives you, what you need when pressure rises, and how you persuade and communicate with your manager, depending on the analyses you have completed.
- A table showing each analysis used, its date and what it pointed to, so you can see how the reading was built.
How many analyses do you need? At least three of the six, and the more you complete the clearer the reading. Nothing you have not completed is estimated; it appears with a link to it instead.
Clear limits: this compares you with general supervision patterns, not with your actual manager, and it does not rate any manager. It is a tool for understanding and discussing what you need, not a verdict on you or anyone else.

Frequently asked questions
Which analyses do I need?
At least three of six: Communication Style, Decision Style, Influence Style, Autonomy Profile, Social Initiative Profile and Pressure Context Map. If you have fewer than three, you see a list of what is missing with links, and the reading is never estimated.
How is the closest supervision pattern determined?
Each analysis you completed points to one or two of the four patterns, following rules written in advance and derived from path-goal theory and self-determination theory. The pattern with most weight is the closest, and a table shows what each analysis pointed to.
Is this a comparison with my current manager?
No. The comparison is with general supervision patterns described in research, not with a specific person. If you want to compare yourself with a real person who has completed their analyses, that is done in a separate two-person tool, with both people consenting.
Can an employer use this signal to accept or reject me?
No. This is a developmental signal for understanding what helps you at work, and on its own it cannot support any hiring decision. A sound decision needs an analysis of the job itself, tools designed for it and human oversight.
What if one of my analyses is old?
An analysis older than 180 days is left out of the reading and shown with an invitation to retake it. If fewer than three recent analyses remain after that, the reading waits until you complete what is needed.
How long does the reading stay valid?
180 days from the date of the oldest analysis it uses. It updates automatically whenever you complete a new analysis or retake one.
Who can see the result?
Only you, within your account. It is not sent to your manager or to any other party or app.
